How You’ll Make an Impact

• Shape control and protection strategies for high voltage substations, contribute to both tender and project phases.
• Oversee the design process, from system configuration and parameter setting to hands-on testing.
• Initiate and guide the development of bespoke solutions that meet specific project needs.
• Work alongside experts in Substation Automation and Cybersecurity Engineering to create comprehensive, integrated substation systems.
• Champion ongoing enhancements in system design and configuration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Academic background in electrical engineering, automation, or a closely related discipline.
• Open to newcomers; relevant experience is appreciated but not essential.
• Strong grasp of power system fundamentals, with knowledge spanning transmission, distribution, and protection methodologies.
• Motivation to learn and collaborate, embracing opportunities for fieldwork and teamwork with diverse technical groups.
• Proficient English communication skills are required; German language abilities are a plus.
