As a member of our team for BI & Reporting within our AC organization, you work on challenging projects from all areas of the accounting and controlling community. Additionally, you are responsible for the support and maintenance of a wide range of standard reporting applications. Together with our digital core department you are working on ways to help our business to drive maximum value from data and reporting solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Contributing to the Digital Finance activities/projects with hands-on opportunity.
• Assisting in the build, development, and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards, performing data modelling and data transformation using Power Query and DAX or equivalent experience.
• Collaborate with team members to bring together requirements and understand business needs by working in cross-organizational, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Supporting the maintenance and optimization of existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant business users, providing recurrent contact on project status and changes when necessary.
• Staying informed about the most recent Power BI features and BI & Reporting solutions and guidelines.

What You Bring

• Finance and BI Expertise: At least 2 years of experience as a BI developer, data analyst, business intelligence analyst, financial analyst, or equivalent role.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SQL and experience with data querying, data modeling and ETL processes. Familiarity with other BI tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Presentation skills: Good understanding of data visualization principles and experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Experience with other data visualization software like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and practical knowledge in Management Reporting and Reporting Tools (like Analysis for Office) is a plus.
• Good communication, summarization, and presentation skills across diverse departments with the ability to identify patterns, correlations, and trends from data that can offer insights into business operations.
• Problem-Solving Approach: Being willing and able to stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, other language is a plus.
