A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAY
As a Measurement Inspections Programmer at Materials Solutions, you will play a key role in defining and optimizing inspection methods for our additive manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop robust inspection programs, ensure compliance with quality standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations. Your day will involve converting customer requirements into production-ready inspection programs, supporting the inspection team in solving daily challenges, and maintaining technical documentation to drive efficiency and accuracy.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Follow defined techniques, SOPs, work instructions, and processes to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on new product development and process improvements.
- Ensure strict alignment to health and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing issues, documenting deviations and supporting corrective actions.
- Support production by solving daily operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.
- Convert defined customer and Metrology Engineer inspection requirements into production-ready inspection programs.
- Work closely with the operational inspection team to provide solutions for daily inspection challenges, corrections, and process improvements.
- Develop and document technical instructions to ensure accurate process flow-down to the operational department.
WHAT YOU BRING
REQUIRED:
- CIS fundamentals education comparable to AUKOM II.
- Proficiency in PC-DMIS, Zeiss Metrology Suite, Microsoft Office packages, and ERP systems.
- Strong data recording and system maintenance skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- A methodical and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and operational perfection.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
DESIRED:
- Working knowledge of SLS or DMLS 3D printing technology (beneficial but not essential).
