Join us in revolutionizing manufacturing at Siemens Energy’s Wind business! As the IT Product Manager – Manufacturing, you will take charge of one or more IT products that drive our plants, including MES templates, shop-floor integrations, and quality/traceability capabilities. You will connect real shop-floor needs with secure IT solutions, guiding the vision, roadmap, and value throughout the product lifecycle. Imagine leading the integration of our manufacturing stack, which combines MES with ERP/PLM and real-time data from SCADA/PLC, to enhance execution and transparency in performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will lead end-to-end design across applications, data, interfaces, and services, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture and cybersecurity policies.
• Define and communicate the product vision, features, and release plans while managing upgrades and aligning with plant rollout schedules.
• Collaborate with business/process owners to intake, scope, and prioritize demands, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term standardization.
• Own the OPEX/CAPEX for your products, support annual planning, and track ROI and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Orchestrate MES ↔ ERP (e.g., S/4HANA) ↔ PLM integrations and coordinate testing and hypercare with plants to ensure seamless operations.

What You Bring

• You have over 5 years of experience in IT Product Management or a similar role, delivering manufacturing IT solutions at scale, such as multi-site MES rollouts.
• Your fluency in the manufacturing stack includes MES (preferably SAP Digital Manufacturing), ERP (SAP S/4HANA), and PLM interfaces, along with familiarity with SCADA/PLC data flows.
• You are skilled in enterprise alignment, working with architecture governance, ITSM/CMDB, and security/compliance workflows.
• Your strong communication skills enable you to engage confidently with stakeholders from shop-floor teams to senior leaders, guiding external partners to successful outcomes.
• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
• You have excellent English proficiency, and knowledge of German is a plus.
