Step into an exciting IT internship where you’ll manage digital workplace systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and gain hands-on experience with programming and the Software Development Life Cycle. Alongside exploring cloud-based solutions like O365 and evaluating hardware and software, you’ll sharpen communication skills while collaborating with teams and applying classroom knowledge to real-world challenges.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide technical and user support across IT systems
• Manage digital workplace tools in a global environment
• Perform service analysis and resolve problems effectively
• ‑user computing and troubleshooting tasks
• Conduct user training sessions and masterclasses
• Deliver clear communication with customer focus, including dedicated VIP support

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Some exposure to digital workplace management and basic troubleshooting
• Familiar with the fundamentals of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Practical experience with at least one programming language
• Basic knowledge of Office 365, cloud solutions, and hardware/software evaluation
