Join Siemens Energy as an IT Business Partner, where you will be the strategic bridge between business and IT, driving digital transformation and operational continuity. Imagine proactively applying emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and data analytics to solve real business challenges and unlock new opportunities. You will lead the coordination of global rollouts, manage organizational change, and ensure compliance with SE-wide standards. Your expertise in engineering tools will empower users through training and workshops, ensuring IT services are resilient and aligned with business goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Act as the primary interface between business teams and IT functions, translating business needs into actionable IT requirements.
• Deliver IT projects tailored to dynamic business demands, ensuring timely execution and local adoption.
• Liaise with the Plant engineering tool value center to support plant engineering tool needs, especially Aveva E3D.
• Coordinate rollouts of global digital programs while supporting the standardization of tools and processes across SE India organizations.
• Facilitate onboarding workshops and training sessions to empower users and ensure IT readiness for audits.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in engineering applications for plant engineering, including Aveva E3D, Hexagon, Autodesk, and Bentley.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technology, virtualization, and basic system administration.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cybersecurity concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with a good grasp of the energy industry and EPC lifecycle.
• A B.E/B.Tech or higher degree, with 10+ years of experience in IT and engineering domains.
