A Snapshot of Your Day
As an employee in Siemens Energy, Hydrogen-electrolysis, you are part of innovative and new large-scale green hydrogen business-team. In your daily business you assure compliance with the established management system according to Iso 9001,14001 and 45001. Pragmatic Continuous improvement of the integrated management with a focus on our business needs is your mission. During execution of internal audits you review the degree of implementation and collect findings to drive continuous improvement of the management system. Furthermore, you drive the process and risk- and opportunity management to define and assure implementation of mitigation measures.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintaining and improving the integrated management system of business segment “Sustainable Energy Systems” producing large scale green hydrogen electrolyzer systems
- Assuring end-to-end process-model over the entire supply chain
- Aligning on process-interfaces with the responsible process-owners
- Assuring compliance with the harmonized ISO-Standards
- Performing internal audits and organize external certification audits
- Following up on pragmatic implementation of improvement measures and preparing input for management review
What You Bring
- Master's or diploma degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or process engineering or comparable
- Many years of relevant professional experience in EHS and/or Quality management, as well as experience in consulting, coaching, moderation and presentation techniques
- Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and QM-Methodes (RCA, 5 Why,…)
- Ideally certified internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
- Good knowledge in the field of electrolysis technology is an advantage
- Systematic way of working characterized by your ability to analyze and structure
- Communication skills in German and English, spoken and written

electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We
enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes,
