Snapshot of Your Day

Reporting to the Head of Grid Technologies Sales North America, you will lead the Sales organization focusing on our Grid Technologies Service portfolio across North America. You are accountable for executing our sales strategy for our GT Service portfolio, driving profitable growth, order intake, and market expansion across the full GT Service portfolio.

You partner closely with operations and execution teams to shape and deliver results across bids, forecasting, market pricing, resource planning, contract negotiations, and deal closure. You manage regional targets and priorities in line with our GT Sales strategy and actively influence customers’ short, mid, and long‑term service demand.  You will work closely with our customers to understand their priorities and needs.

You coordinate all GT Service sales activities across the region, collaborating closely with GT Sales Functions, and execution units to capture cross‑portfolio, cross‑execution unit, and vertical growth opportunities.

  • Deliver sustained, profitable growth by achieving financial and order‑intake targets with strong safety and risk discipline
  • Position GT Service as a trusted strategic partner, delivering long‑term, value‑based service solutions
  • Strengthen customer loyalty and retention while expanding GT Service presence in priority market verticals
  • Translate GT Sales and GT Service strategy into clear priorities and sales execution across the local organization
  • Embed strong customer focus, shaping demand signals and influencing service and portfolio priorities
  • Ensure disciplined sales governance, pipeline management, and forecasting (Salesforce)
  • Build a high‑performance sales culture through clear leadership, talent development, and succession planning

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business, with senior sales leadership experience in power transmission and grid services, with a proven track record of collaborative, resilient and compassionate leadership.
  • Strong expertise in service sales strategy, forecasting, and CRM‑driven execution (Salesforce)
  • Proven people leader with a track record in sales execution, collaboration, bid governance, and complex negotiations, including partner engagement
  • Deep understanding of the Transmission & Distribution service market, including LTSA, O&M, commissioning, and spare parts business models
  • Established network across North American utility, infrastructure, industrial, and renewable customers
  • Strong commercial and negotiation experience within North American service markets
  • Ability to position new GT service offerings, articulate clear value propositions, and scale them effectively
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization

You’ll report to the Head of Grid Technologies Sales, North America and lead the Sales organization focused on the GT Service Sales portfolio. The team is accountable for executing the Service sales strategy to drive growth, market penetration, and order intake.
