A Snapshot of Your Day

 

As pivotal member of our HR team based in Warsaw, Poland, you will manage the overall Country People Agenda, partner Leaders in business to develop organization, and transition HR in collaboration with global Partners in HR Functions. Poland is a Country of growth both in business volume and employment structure. Energy is an industry with significant impact on our environment, society & economy. You will play a crucial role in translating business needs into people’s strategies and values, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the challenges of the energy sector. Your day will be dynamic, with a sense of fulfillment that you work for an important industry with great purpose as well as you improve the employment & development scene.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

 
  • Partner with leadership to translate business requirements into effective people strategies.
  • Act as Partner and Advisor for Leadership on directions & tactics & execution developing company culture and engagement
  • Collaborate with the Country and Global HR teams to achieve goals and improve process & IT people & managers models, solutions & tools.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of legal requirements to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with people’s processes & people’s decisions.
  • Facilitate organizational development and change management, as well as work with Social Partners
  • Become excellent Leader for the Country HR Team ensuring support, engagement, ownership, trust & development.
 

What You Bring 

 
  • At least 5 years of HR leadership experience in HR of international company
  • Demonstrating your ability to design & drive change and influence at all levels
  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential for effective communication in global organization, leading labor low related topics and consultations with social partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Polish Labor Code and employee-employer relationship frameworks.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution
