A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking The Head of Sales for Grid Technology in the Philippines at Siemens Energy is responsible for leading sales efforts in Grid technologies business, managing client relationships, and driving business growth in Philippines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for high-voltage (HV) products including Service business, Digital Grid business.
  • Align sales goals with Siemens Energy’s global Grid Technologies objectives, focusing on energy transition and infrastructure modernization
  • Maintain and expand a strong client base across utilities, industrial customers, and government agencies
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities in grid technologies such as substations, protection and control systems, and digital grid solutions
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies
  • Lead and mentor the local sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and support
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure feasibility and profitability of proposals
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure smooth project handovers

What You Bring

  • Graduate in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of experience in Philippines HV Grid market
  • Extensive experience in selling high-voltage (HV) products such as
  • Deep familiarity with the Power Transmission market in the Philippines
  • Strong understanding of substation systems, including protection and control technologies
  • Experience in project management within the energy sector
  • Must have an extensive client base and strong connections across utilities, industrial customers, and government agencies
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Siemens Energy’s global goals
  • Proven capability to lead and mentor sales teams, fostering collaboration and performance
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage customer relationships and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex grid technologies and solutions
