You’ll be hands-on with real-world projects, designing the electrical backbone of automation systems that power industries across the globe. Whether it’s refining cabinet layouts or solving design challenges, your work will directly impact how energy flows!


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design circuit diagrams and wiring schematics for automation control cabinets used in energy and industrial systems.
  • Develop and implement hardware layouts for instrumentation and control (I&C) systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and multi-functional teams to define hardware requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and supporting team initiatives.


What You Bring

  • Completed technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical cabinet design or similar roles.
  • Proficient in CAD tools such as EPLAN, AutoCAD, COMOS, or ELCAD.
  • Familiarity with instrumentation, control systems, electrical standards, and data-driven planning tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, along with essential Excel skills for documentation and data handling.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus) with a team-oriented mentality, flexibility, and a demonstrated long-term commitment to developing within the role.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
