- Play a pivotal role in advancing our vision of delivering exceptional service solutions for Condition Assessments, Diagnostics, and Maintenance to our global customer base
- Concentrate on managing and enhancing our service portfolio specifically for switchgear technology, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations
- Serve as the go-to expert for all switchgear-related services, driving innovation and best practices in service delivery
- Assume end-to-end business responsibility for the service portfolio, from defining strategies and roadmaps to ensuring successful market entry and execution
- Identify customer needs and opportunities to maintain and develop the service portfolio, leveraging R&D projects as the R&D lead when applicable
- Continuously refine the service portfolio based on customer feedback and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in engineering, business, or a related field, along with experience in product management, field service, order management, or marketing & sales
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience in grid technology, preferably with switchgear, and a solid technical understanding of grid technology assets and business models
- Strong interest or prior experience in working on business-related topics, such as business cases, senior management presentations, and customer discovery sessions & proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders across the globe, ensuring alignment with partners in Operations, Regions, and other Business Functions
- Excellent English skills
- Customer-centric and innovation-driven mindset, with a focus on identifying needs and opportunities to enhance the service portfolio
- Exceptional networking and collaboration skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive attitude, high levels of independence, flexibility, ambition, and well-structured work habits
