A Snapshot of Your Day
You will be responsible for aligning HR and business objectives for Global Mobility Management (GMM) with country HR, management, vendors, and further internal as well as external stakeholders in both the designated region(s) and assigned global business unit(s). The position formulates partnerships across the Global Mobility function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. You will maintain an effective level of regional and business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, culture, and competition.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Engaging with all countries in your region and their respective HR function (even if no dedicated GMM resource is on-site), serving as their strategic expert for all matters related to Global Mobility Management as well as helping this community and the regional management to flourish, grow together, and exchange knowledge.
