Snapshot of your day
You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of international projects — from setting up project accounting structures to supporting global mobility activities. Working closely with Project Managers, regional teams, and the Head Office in Germany, you’ll help ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with internal and external standards.
How you’ll make an impact
- Set up and control project accounting structures, ensuring accurate invoicing and reporting
- Prepare contracts, delegation documents, and related financial documentation
- Administer and maintain financial reports for the department
- Conduct monthly project cost analyses and provide insights to management
- Cooperate with Project Managers, regional Financial Partners, and Head Office in Germany
- Implement and monitor compliance with corporate procedures, legal, and tax regulations
What you bring
- Several years of experience in controlling or commercial project management
- Strong knowledge of SAP (invoicing and project account controlling)
- Experience or advanced understanding of global mobility processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, ownership mindset
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in English (B2 level); German is an advantage, along with good IT literacy (Outlook, Office 365)
- Willingness to travel to Germany for a 2-week introduction period
