- Act as a global expert for iPPQ, supporting consistent application across manufacturing locations and product lines
- Drive method guidance, coaching, training, and structured challenge, enabling robust execution and documentation of iPPQ requirements
- Coordinate and support the GS internal audit program, working closely with audit coordinators across the organization, and contribute to the preparation and follow‑up of external audits in an enabling role
- University degree in engineering, quality, or a related field, combined with several years of experience in quality management within industrial or project‑driven environments, manufacturing experience a plus
- Strong understanding of quality tools, e.g., FMEA, CTQ development, process development, etc., experience with product, supplier, or process qualification preferred, SAP experience a plus
- Experience with internal and/or external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow‑up activities
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and align stakeholders in cross‑functional settings
- Structured and analytical working style, with the ability to enable, coach, and guide organizations in a global environment
