Snapshot Of Your Day
As part of our international Master Data team, you'll spend your day ensuring the quality and integrity of business partner data. You'll work with SAP S/4HANA, collaborate with business users and external partners, resolve data-related inquiries, and contribute to data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain Business Partner Information according to Global Maintenance Rules and perform central checks and controls (e.g. Compliance checks).
- Taking care of Data enhancements and data correctness.
- Support End Users, answer incoming inquiries and provide training.
- Clarify request content with business users, our external service providers and our external business partners.
- Work on central business partner master data maintenance in an SAP S/4 HANA system.
- Manage internal master data, incl. monthly updates and data quality checks and support data cleansing and data integration tasks.
What You Bring
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally initial relevant professional experience
- Good understanding and knowledge of Operational Accounting and the meaning of Financial Master Data
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus
- Technical expertise in dealing with Windows 10 and Microsoft Applications. Knowledge in SAP, preferably S/4 Hana and SAP MDG
- Experience in working with data & creating reports (e.g. in SQL, Snowflake, Python, Power BI, Excel)
- Social competence towards the team and our business partners.
