As a Financial Master Data Specialist, you will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders across the globe to ensure timely and accurate supplier documentation. By maintaining high-quality, compliant financial master data, you will play a key role in supporting efficient global business operations.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • One of your main tasks is to ensure that suppliers all over the world provide correct documentation in time and to work closely together with them
  • Furthermore, you will perform central checks and controls (e.g. Compliance checks)
  • Data enhancements and data correctness goes in hand with reviewing and approving incoming requests in a web-based workflow
  • You are part of a large international team responsible for master data in all systems from Siemens Energy and will join regular meetings with end users as well as internal team meetings
  • Moreover, you need to be proactive and raise IT-tickets in case of error messages within our tools or ERP systems

What You Bring

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally initial relevant professional experience
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Operational Accounting and the meaning of Financial Master Data
  • Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Technical expertise in dealing with Windows 10 and Microsoft Applications, SAP applications experience is also welcomed
  • Social competence towards the team and our business partners
