A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Financial Business Partner, you will act as a partner to the technical team lead, providing essential support in daily operational business with a strong focus on financial aspects for several departments. Your responsibilities will include reporting and planning, headcount forecasting & tracking and supporting productivity measures for individual departments. You will also be responsible for managing data aggregation effectively, providing reports and detailed analysis with visualization. Finally, you inform and present results to functions management regularly.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Interaction & communication with various international partners (Function Team leads; regular users; support functions; Business Controlling peers)
  • Monitoring & controlling of operational cost centers with detailed understanding in cost structures and utilization.
  • Aggregate needed data and analyzing reports for plan/forecast/actuals deviations with commenting to management level.
  • Provide reports (e.g. in SAC, PowerBI, etc.) to increase transparency and support business decisions.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics 
  • Knowledge of financial values flows, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP knowledge, Experience with Alteryx or KNIME and related technologies, data visualization (Power BI, SAC, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German.
  • Experience in a team leadership role is an additional plus.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
