A Snapshot of Your Day
Join a role where you work closely with customers and colleagues across the Nordic region, supporting service and installation work within substations and solutions. You operate independently while staying aligned daily with site leaders, factory teams, and colleagues to plan and execute site activities. You take part in installation and warranty work, ensuring goods are delivered and handled correctly on site. Based mainly in Sweden, you spend part of your time on-site supporting customers, coordinating work, and contributing to both service and sales activities, always ensuring electrical work is performed safely under company responsibility. Based mainly in Sweden with approximately 50% travel.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• You perform electrical installation and warranty work under the responsibility of a registered electrical installation company
• You plan and align daily with substation colleagues, site leaders, and factory teams to ensure smooth site execution
• You coordinate goods delivery and ensure materials are available and handled correctly on-site
• You act as the on-site contact, supporting customers and collaborating with internal teams within Grid Technologies substations and solutions
• You contribute to both service and sales by engaging with customers on-site and supporting business opportunities

What You Bring
• You have knowledge and skills to carry out electrical installation work safely. While not mandatory, electrical safety training is seen as a valuable asset for this role.
• You are preferably trained as an electrician, with further education as an engineer, marine engineer, or electrical installer, and have experience within high-voltage installations
• You bring experience from service and maintenance of high-voltage electrical installations
• You are service-minded and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
• You are comfortable working independently and coordinating with others,
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English

About the Team
You will be part of a Nordic service organization covering several countries and supporting customers across the region. The team works across borders and collaborates with customers in different Nordic markets. Work is carried out both remotely and on-site, depending on customer needs. The setup is flexible, with employees working independently while staying connected to the wider team. Travel is a natural part of the role, and collaboration takes place across multiple countries.
