A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAY

In this strategic role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for Siemens Energy customers, overseeing engineering, planning, maintenance, and support functions. You’ll ensure the seamless delivery of services under a key customer Long-Term Program (LTP) contract, spending considerable time on customer sites and collaborating across various levels of their organization.


HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

-  Customer Relationship Management:

-  Manage all technical aspects of Siemens Energy service delivery under the LTP contract, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of contracted SGT equipment.

-  Communication and Problem-Solving:

-  Engage with all levels of the customer’s organization, from executives to operators, to address and resolve issues, ensuring a strong presence on-site for effective problem-solving.

-  Business Development:

-  Identify and develop new business opportunities for Siemens Energy, including SGT New Unit and Service offerings, and other related Siemens Energy products, solutions, and services.


WHAT YOU BRING

-  Technical Expertise:

-  Extensive knowledge of Siemens Energy Small Gas Turbines, including maintenance schedule planning, troubleshooting, and providing operational advice.

-  Industry Experience:

-  Experience working with Oil and Gas majors, particularly their engineering departments and project management teams.

-  Leadership and Collaboration:

-  Proven ability to manage and lead internal and external site staff, including contractors, while collaborating with customers across the business on a global scale.

-  Basic Commercial Acumen:

-  Basic experience in commercial and contract management, supporting the financial performance of LTP contracts.

-  Flexibility and Mobility:

-  Ability to travel as required to customer sites, including offshore locations, and work in diverse cultural environments.
