This role will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all commercial/financial related matters for Field Service. These include managing the FS delegation business execution, cost centres, forecasting, budgeting, controlling and reporting according to defined processes, standards, and applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG). This role will closely work with RSU ME OPS FIN Management and provide support to RSU ME OPS Technical Team as well.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Manage resource delegation orders under THOP, SLA, PATAC, offer creation.
- handling of multiple cost centers, cost allocations, rate calculations, maintenance in SAP/KSP, MySPGI.
- Follow up and ensure Time Sheets bookings, cost reconciliations, invoicing with supporting calculations for Field Service and Tooling.
- Crafting Annual Budgets, monthly forecasting, creation of billing plans, variance analysis, support in cost saving measures.
- Ensure to carry out all monthly, Quarterly and Year End closing tasks (JVs, Accruals, Clearing WIPS, OCC adjustments, COPA Margins, Plan Cost Updates, OoH Report, etc.).
- Ensure control and compliance to all applicable guidelines in handling projects, Cost Centers (FRGs, IFRS, Tax, ECC).
- Support in all relevant Internal (IFRS) Audit, External Audit, Logistics and Export Control topics
- Support to ARE and RSU FIN Management to support in achievement of Financial critical metrics and targets.
What You Bring
- Candidate should have proven experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration; preferably MBA or professional certification
- 4-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with small projects, Cost Centre management, Business processes and tools.
- Command over MS Office (Excel, Power Point etc...)
- Proficiency with related SAP/KSP modules
- Excellent oral & written communication & presentation skills in English
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
