- Act as the primary Performance Controlling contact for one Execution Unit, partnering closely with Execution Unit management
- Ensure reliable actuals, forecasting and planning for Service and New Unit business at Execution Unit level, including technical ownership of forecast loads and data validation
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports, forecasts, ad-hoc analyses and management presentations with a strong focus on KPIs, drivers and deviations
- Challenge assumptions, explain financial developments and actively support fact-based decision making
- Continuously improve controlling, reporting and management review processes, driving standardization, efficiency and quality
- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives (e.g. Power BI, data models, reporting logic), while collaborating closely with Finance colleagues across Execution Units and central functions
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Long-term experience in Performance Controlling and/or operational Finance, ideally in an industrial or project-based environment, with strong exposure to planning, forecasting and actuals
- Proven experience working closely with operational and Execution Unit management, including consolidation and performance steering
- Strong digital and analytical mindset with a clear interest in data-driven finance and digital transformation
- Hands-on experience with MS Fabric / Power BI (data models, measures, visuals) and solid understanding of ERP and financial systems
- Proactive, structured and business-oriented personality with strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, resilience in deadline-driven environments, and fluency in English (German is a plus)
