- Play a pivotal role in Europe's energy transition by designing solutions that steer the shift from conventional fossil fuels to renewable energy sources in industrial applications.
- Lead the coordination between various disciplines as a team lead, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
- Oversee the compliance of installations with stringent requirements, guaranteeing that solutions are not only effective but also adhere to the highest standards.

Apply your specialized knowledge in electrical drive systems to create efficient and innovative energy solutions.
- Foster client satisfaction by delivering custom solutions that meet unique operational challenges.
- Support Siemens Energy’s vision by developing and deploying cutting-edge technologies for energy transition.

What You Bring:

- A higher professional education (HBO) or university-level (WO) degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Power Electronics, or Sustainable Energy.
- Knowledge of large electrical drive systems, encompassing HV-MV distribution, transformers, converters, harmonic filters, cooling systems, and electric motors.
- An enthusiasm for or experience in fields such as electrification, energy generation and storage systems, automation, and digitalization.
- A flexible and practical mindset, with a results-oriented approach and willingness to work on-site, including abroad.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, with French being an additional asset.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Depending on your interests and experience, there are various paths for development. Keywords that excite us include:
- Tackling complex or composite problems, potentially complemented by digitalization.
- Experience with installations exceeding 1000V.
- Conducting network and fault current calculations.
- Knowledge or interest in large drive systems over 1 Megawatt.
- Experience in industrial automation.
- A broad interest in related subsystems such as process equipment and the civil engineering
