A Snapshot of Your Day

In electrical design, every project presents unique technical challenges that are addressed through close collaboration within the electrical design team. Each transformer is engineered, manufactured, and tested in full compliance with international standards and customer specifications, while also considering manufacturing constraints, shipping dimensions, and supplier capabilities from the offer stage onward to ensure technical feasibility and project success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and support electrical designs for transformers and electrical machinery in alignment with international standards and customer requirements.
  • Create, review, and maintain technical documentation to support manufacturing, testing, and quality activities.
  • Perform basic electrical calculations to validate designs and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Prepare and review design documentation and technical packages for internal and cross‑functional design reviews.
  • Support testing activities by validating test plans and analyzing electrical test results.
  • Generate and update electrical drawings for manufacturing using standard engineering tools and processes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in design, manufacturing, or testing electrical machinery.
  • Fundamental technical knowledge of electrical design principles, manufacturing processes, and testing methodologies for electrical equipment.
  • Intermediate to professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Experience using engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and exposure to SAP and IEEE standards.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering environment.

About the Team

The electrical design team operates in a highly collaborative and supportive environment, where team members work closely together toward shared project goals and collective success. Knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous learning are encouraged, enabling new designers to quickly build technical expertise while delivering high‑quality work on time in alignment with Siemens Energy’s objectives.
