A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Electrical Designer, you will play a key role within our engineering team, contributing to the development and enhancement of our epoxy resin encapsulated dry transformers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the engineering team to design and optimize the transformer’s active part, conducting design analyses and simulations to ensure product viability and efficiency, preparing technical documentation and design specifications, working closely with the production team to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes, selecting appropriate materials and components, and supporting the implementation of continuous improvements in both design and production processes.

• Ensure all designs comply with regulations, customer and quality standards.
• Collaborate in identifying and resolving technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to cost reduction through design and process optimization.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the field of electrical design.

What You Bring

• A university degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or a related field, along with 1+ years of professional experience in electrical activities or related programs.
• A personality that inspires trust and comfort in clients, combined with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of different cultures, with the ability to adapt to diverse environments.
• Capability to make decisions and operate effectively in remote areas with minimal supervision, recognizing the scope of authority and limitations.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a constantly changing work environment.
• Proficiency in English at a professional working level.
