How You’ll Make an Impact

• EQS System Excellence (40%): Build and improve EQS systems aligned with policies, laws, and customer needs. Track regulations; advise teams. Preferred: DOSH-registered SHO (Green Book), ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor certs.
• Risk & Incident Management (30%): Handle incidents, risk assessments, audits, and KPIs.
• Training & Leadership (30%): Run training programs, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build EQS Culture: Lead awareness campaigns and collaboration across regions.
• Ensure Regional Compliance: Maintain integrated EQS standards for Asia Pacific.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Environmental Science, OHS, Engineering, or related.
• 8+ years EHS experience in energy/power/heavy construction; QMS expertise.
• Technical skills: Compliance, risk/root cause analysis, audits, JSA, ISO 9001/14001/45001.
• Leadership: Influencing, stakeholder engagement, communication, training.
• Analytical: Reporting, continuous improvement.
