Join us as a Health & Safety (H&S) Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of our workforce. Imagine conducting periodic inspections to identify potential risks and proposing effective preventive measures that make a real difference.

You will keep our occupational risk prevention plan up to date, while also informing and training your colleagues on workplace hazards. Collaborating with various departments, you will investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions to foster a safer work environment.

Your expertise will help us comply with regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Identify and evaluate occupational risks present in the workplace to enhance safety.
• Develop and implement preventive measures to reduce or eliminate identified risks effectively.
• Conduct health and safety inspections to ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Investigate and analyze incidents and occupational accidents to determine causes and propose corrective actions.
• Train and raise awareness among workers about occupational risks and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with the workplace safety and health committee to promote a safe working environment.

What You Bring

• A Master’s in occupational risk prevention ( 3 specializations) will be required, and 3-5 years of experience in occupational risk prevention and applicable legislation.
• Analytical ability to identify and evaluate occupational risks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey information about risk prevention to workers and teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to implement preventive measures effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to ensure workplace safety.
• Speak Spanish and have an intermediate level of English, both written and conversational.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed (estimate travel time 25%).
