We are now looking for a Service HSE Coordinator to support our Service Warehouses and Repair shops and be responsible for defining HSE arrangements and ensuring clear communication with both management and the operational teams. This position has no reporting employees but need to act as Coordinator for HSE experts in the regional teams.  How to contribute to our vision  The Service HSE Coordinator supports Service SP&S EQS Manager and has authority for developing HSE best practices for all Service Warehouses and Repair Shops. In addition, monitors and reports on the implementation of the HSE Plans, HSE Management Systems and HSE performances.



How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Leadership and Mentoring: Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring for the team, serving as a role model for health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices while promoting a responsible attitude towards HSE.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements from customer contracts, local legislation, and SGRE, while maintaining and controlling the site HSE plan and necessary documentation, including Safe Systems of Work.
  • KPI Monitoring and Action Plans: Monitor the fulfillment of targeted HSE KPIs for the sites, developing appropriate action plans as needed, and support the Warehouse or Repair Shop Manager in defining corrective actions for HSE issues.
  • Incident Management and Investigation: Ensure timely investigation of all relevant incidents, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a proactive approach to HSE among all stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the facility management team on HSE topics, develop HSE reports including KPI analysis and contractor performance, and ensure contractors are managed according to HSE procedures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Inspections: Identify and involve relevant site stakeholders in case of significant deviations, ensure proper planning and execution of HSE inspections, and escalate HSE deviations to management.

 

What You Bring

  • Passion for Renewable Energy: Strong commitment to leading change in the renewable energy sector.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in HSE Specialist/Coordinator/Advisor roles with solid knowledge of international and local HSE regulations.
  • Ownership and Results Orientation: Demonstrated ownership and a results-driven attitude.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills, capable of influencing non-reporting lines.
  • Networking Abilities: Excellent networking skills with the ability to create and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • International Experience: Comfortable working in multicultural environments; willingness to travel.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable about SGRE HSE requirements.
  • Availability to work in Camaçari - BA
