Join our Grid Services Operational Excellence team and drive the digital transformation of our offer and order workflow automation solution. You’ll connect with process owners and end-users to gather and refine requirements, then partner with technical experts to turn these needs into actionable development tasks. Throughout your day, you’ll organize user training, run solution tests, and analyze workflows to uncover new AI automation opportunities. You’ll wrap up by preparing concise status updates for senior management, showcasing progress and adoption across global regions. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Serve as the main link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users, ensuring requirements are clear and aligned.
• Simplify and improve business practices by engaging end-users to streamline workflows before automation.
• Manage the product roadmap, focusing on automation, workflow standardization, and AI-driven improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear tasks for the technical team and support solution testing and user training.
• Communicate project status and adoption metrics to senior management, highlighting impact and progress.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, automation, SaaS product management, or operational excellence roles.
• You understand workflow automation and enterprise software, especially integrating CRM, ERP, and PLM systems.
• You have practical experience with AI tools and automation in standardized business processes.
• You communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and executives.

• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Occasional international travel may be required.

Nice to have

• You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Management, Digital Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP and AI use cases and automation tooling will help you succeed.
