In this role, you represent Siemens Energy in the Philippines, focusing on customer relationship management, market development, and talent growth while reporting directly to the Senior Vice President for Hub Asia Pacific. Apply your market expertise to develop growth strategies, handle government relationships, and support social initiatives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Serve as the representative of Siemens Energy in the Philippines, directly reporting to the Senior Vice President for Hub Asia Pacific, while leading all aspects of customer relationship management and market development.
• Drive talent development and cost optimization initiatives at the country level, aligning with the strategic goals of the Hub Asia Pacific leadership group.
• Apply deep market knowledge to supply global Siemens Energy strategies, identifying emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to improve the company’s market position.
• Implement growth strategies in response to a robust market environment, while actively participating in local social and public initiatives to support community engagement.
• Manage relationships with government authorities and ensure compliance with Siemens Energy’s operational requirements, serving as the Disciplinary head for business unit leaders in Philippines
• Ensure compliance and effective management of corporate structures through a strong understanding of legal entity governance, prioritizing safety and security.
• Lead all aspects of day-to-day management of personnel and organizational operations to promote efficiency, collaboration, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with C-level executives to advance central initiatives and cultivate positive relationships that align with the organization’s objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion, improving brand visibility and growing market share through innovative business development approaches.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and growth by implementing effective talent development programs, while also focusing on enhancing customer and employee satisfaction through quality service delivery and a positive work environment.

What You Bring

• We seek an outstanding and well-rounded senior industrial executive with extensive exposure across functions within a multi-national corporation
• Track record in strategic delivery at top global company. On a personal level, good leadership qualities, networking ability, and communications skills
• A variety of work experiences touching on industries related to the energy industry would be of great importance, as well as experience in sales and business development
• Experience in government relations at federal and local levels
