A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outstanding team member to join us as a Business Partner in Onshore Cost Centre Controlling Asia Pacific (AP). Our new colleague will support creating financial transparency and ensure the right basis for decision making for the key stakeholders in our region.
You will provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, monthly, quarterly & annually, financial reports, and operational trends to assist the accountable management in performing their responsibilities related to management of personnel resources and driving recommendations for sound decision making. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Stakeholders of the Onshore AP region and support them on any Controlling needs regarding their Cost Centers and Headcount Reporting as well as supporting them on their monthly management reviews.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Leads the planning & controlling of yearly budgets for the Regional Functions in Onshore, including the calculation of Hourly Rates.
• Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improves the depending on cost accounting system
• Prepares Monthly Reporting and is accountable for providing the required explanations of the FC and Actuals to Business Controlling.
• Plays an active role in strengthening the Master Data Governance (e.g.Cost Centers, WBS, Orders, GL Accounts management) to enable efficient SAP, Power BI and SQL implementation
• Drives cross-departmental Process standardization and supports the digitalization strategies within Cost Center Controlling
• Responsible for supporting the set-up of SLA’s for Inter-Company-Charges and the underlying documentation and PO creations.
What You Bring
• Preferably, you have a master’s degree within Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar.
• You are a competent finance individual with several years of experience and profound knowledge in various controlling areas and/or commercial sales and project business
• You have strong analytical skills, are passionate about numbers, and pay close attention to details. You possess sophisticated interpersonal and communicational skills: You are a highly motivated great teammate, and you can create a collaborative working relationship with people across cultures and organizational levels.
• You take ownership of your responsibilities and thrive in high-pressure environments where meeting deadlines and targets is important. You consistently exhibit strong time management and analytical skills, prioritizing meticulous work and applying a structured approach to problem-solving.
• You have a creative approach that strives to manage processes and tools with a desire to take part in a digital transformation journey
• Finally, you have good English skills, both orally and in writing and you are familiar with SAP, Excel, PowerBI and Alteryx.

Our team is within the business controlling function in finance and supports the Onshore business and is currently spread out in Spain, Germany, Denmark and the UK. Despite working at different locations, we support each other on tasks and strive for a friendly working environment. This role offers a real chance for growth and as our new colleague you will have the opportunity to tackle more responsibility as new processes are rolled out, stepping up to more senior level.
