A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a new colleague to join our diverse, cross-European team in delivering engaging and impactful internal and external communications. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications in Europe, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and implementing communication strategies and projects, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, and crafting audience-specific messages.

You will be responsible for leveraging AI to drive data-informed decision-making, optimizing efficiency, content creation, and enhancing communication impact. This role requires building strong relationships with colleagues, acting as an advisor to senior management, and collaborating across business and corporate functions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Executing communication plans with a strong focus on employer branding and employee engagement.
  • Creating content, including writing and editing articles, producing videos, and ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Managing social media accounts and developing engaging content for various platforms.
  • Organizing and executing projects and events.
  • Establishing impact metrics and measurements, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of communication activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent message across Europe.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in communications.
  • Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences.
  • Experience with AI and digital communications.
  • Experience with project and event management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
