The HVDC Control Team sits at the heart of innovation. We develop, test, and validate hardware and software for state‑of‑the‑art HVDC solutions, working in agile, lean environments. Our multinational experts partner seamlessly with engineering, project management, and customers to turn complex requirements into customized, high‑performance systems. As the final quality gate for Factory Acceptance Tests and during on‑site commissioning, we ensure that high‑voltage equipment and control and protection systems meet the highest standards—before they go live.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• effective commissioning for HVDC projects from test phase to site execution
• Guide an international team of experts, aligning people, processes, and performance
• Ensure full compliance with contracts, regulations, and occupational health and safety standards
• site test facilities, acting as a key quality gate for HW/SW readiness
• Enable seamless construction site execution through strong coordination, clear communication, and structured progress reporting
• conformance handling.

What You Bring           

• world experience
• scale energy infrastructure
• term site assignments in Germany and worldwide, with optional offshore exposure
• Excellent understanding of project management fundamentals
• English fluency required; German language skills are a strong advantage
• Valid driver’s license
