We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Commercial Governance & Process Manager. In this position, your duties will include overseeing financial transparency and control of the organization, providing the necessary information for decision making and coordinating various commercial & process topics. You will lead various projects and initiatives related to standardization, digitalization, and location implementation of global projects (S4E/Agora, AMPERE, CH, etc). Responsibilities will include effective planning, seamless team collaboration, and successful implementation of financial strategies.
Collaborate and build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders such as regional accounting, local business teams, and other partners within Siemens Energy’s local and global communities.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead commercial governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across location & operating departments.
- Design and optimize commercial processes, driving efficiency, standardization, and scalability across operating departments. Define minimum requirements for internal charging processes & reporting metrics (SLAs, cost calculation, hourly rates, Headcount related reports)
- Monitor and report on commercial risks, supporting implementation of controls and mitigation strategies in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve workflows, operational excellence, digitalization initiatives and other global priorities such as S4/Agora.
- Support audit readiness and internal control system, ensuring documentation and processes meet required standards.
- Act as a strategic partner to finance communities, providing guidance on process improvements and governance best practices.
What You Bring:
- Graduate of Finance &/ Business Administration University
- Minimum 8-10 years of meaningful work experience, ideally in multiple functions / roles related to the job;
- Advanced English language on a business conversational level
- Proven financial and commercial knowledge, understands and is familiar with SAP operations & reporting;
- Experience in managing projects (internal) without management reporting line, with demonstrated results;
- Great communication skills, ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders;
- Result and quality focused mentality, positive attitude towards work;
- Able to take decisions, mature professional competencies.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders on all hierarchy levels;
