A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine stepping into a role where you are the driving force behind client relationships in the Oil & Gas, chemical, and industrial sectors. As a Client Manager within Siemens Energy’s TI Compression Regional Service Sales, you will lead the charge in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving service bookings growth across Croatia, Serbia, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary and report directly to the head of Sales for South-East-Europe and UK. You will participate in exciting projects passionate about service improvement and modernization, handling ambitious deadlines and working closely with customers. Your expertise will guide you from the initial stages of opportunity development through to order entry, making a significant impact on our clients and the industry.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to improve loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Proactively prospect the market to generate new leads and understand customer decision-making processes of customers to position Siemens Energy ahead of the competition.
  • Formulate and implement personalized sales capture plans that align with customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Identify advanced business opportunities (LMU) and support RPDM in closing these opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated opportunity pipeline in Salesforce, including client data and installed equipment.
  • Negotiate proposals and analyze Win/Loss data to enhance driven strategies, guide new product development, and collect client needs, market drivers, and buying influences for new offerings.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience of minimum 5 years, showcasing Energy industry skills, with 3 years in sales/business development.
  • A proven track record in getting results and crafting sales opportunities in sophisticated market environments.
  • Mandatory turbomachinery experience, with a strong technical understanding of industrial compressors preferred.
  • Proficiency in Business English, both spoken and written, enabling effective communication of technical and commercial aspects.
  • A willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and develop relationships.

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of € 60.785,90 gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
