À propos de la fonction
- Leads the critical direct materials supplier heat-map, assist procurement in a transparent way, identify potential impacts to capacity timelines, and proactively escalate/mitigate when needed.
- CAPEX procurement tracking & deployment assurance (early schedule monitoring, deviations, preventive corrective actions, supplier visits).
- CAPEX proactive blockers / risk flagging & escalation.
- Direct Materials procurement proactive transparency / oversight (early heat map review, qualification status, ramp-up trend analysis)
- Ensure monthly & quarterly reporting.
- Ensure a weekly synchronization with each project / facilitation.
- Create Dashboard and share regular updates.
- Detect critical delay and ensure risk escalation (quantified with FE impact).
- Identify risks have documented mitigation plans.
- Owns sourcing decisions and the supplier heat map in our Factory Expansion (FE) work stream, coordinate and escalate FE-specific impacts about cost, schedule, risk to capacity rollout and improve on-time delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years in construction project management, preferably in manufacturing facility projects.
- Proven track record in risk and opportunity management, change control, and claim handling.
- Experience working on projects with multiple work streams and in a matrix organization.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, risk analysis methodologies, and change management processes.
- Expertise in risk mitigation planning and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and strong leadership in enforcing standards.
