A Snapshot of Your Day

The candidate will be accountable to develop and implement new business processes, enhance existing processes, support business to resolve process and SAP related issues in production planning, Manufacturing, and purchasing and related areas.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Implement new business process and enhance existing process in production planning, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing area, while also documenting functional designs, test cases and results. Providing desktop procedures/ work instructions for either SAP processes or organizational needs.
  • Testing the changes and make sure they are mapped correctly before deploying it in the production environment. Followed be training business users and suppliers, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP PP, Manufacturing, QM functionalities, and purchasing.
  • Responsible to resolve business process and SAP related issues by acting as a liaison between business functions and technical teams providing tactical support by resolving da-to-day issues.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements, and escalating issues that cannot be solved locally to the IT, and provide any necessary data or examples, or in case of a large change, functional descriptions of changes and potential business case to support change.
  • Lead and participate in business process-oriented projects in the areas of production planning, manufacturing, quality, supply management and inventory process, resulting in Standardize business processes.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, understand, validate, and document customer requirements.


Requirement for this role:

  • Education: BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 5 - 7 years of experience in SAP production planning, manufacturing, and quality management, and purchasing.
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC, and related technologies. Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality management, and purchasing principles.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing SAP projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build strong relationships with business users and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa
