Your work will directly contribute to the growth of Siemens Energy’s talent pipeline ensuring the future success of our organisation. By promoting early career opportunities, you will help attract and develop the next generation of energy professionals and ultimately support our mission of a more sustainable future.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Business Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, focusing on building relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to promote early career opportunities at Siemens Energy in Lincoln. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing communication strategies and collaborating closely with educational institutions
• Producing engaging educational and marketing materials
• Organising and attending STEM events and careers fairs
• Supporting the recruitment process for internships, graduates, and apprenticeships
• Collaborating with the team on project planning and execution

What You Bring

• Studying towards or have graduated with a business or marketing degree at 2:2 or above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for education and skills development
• A proactive, results-driven mentality with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
