How You’ll Make an Impact

Actively drive our digitalization journey!

• You are responsible for automating and digitalizing workflows and processes across the finance/commercial organization, managing digital finance projects from start to finish across different functions and regions within the Project Entity, ensuring greater efficiency and effectiveness in finance operations.
• Create customized BI (Business Intelligence) solutions that meet the business's unique data, planning, and analytical needs. This includes designing and implementing data models and creating end-user planning masks and reports.
• Train employees on using developed BI solutions to enable them to leverage data insights.
• You are facilitating alignment and exchange between different business organizations. This includes fostering collaboration and communication among finance community and various digitalization teams to ensure the organization's successful sharing of knowledge, experiences, and standard processes.
• By continuously learning the newest technologies and tools, you will set an example of digital excellence and facilitate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

What You Bring

• University degree (master's preferably) in business administration, economics, accounting, or alike
• At least 5 years experience in digitalization and finance related position
• Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a global environment
• High digitalization acumen and good knowledge about Digi-tools (e.g., Alteryx, SAP Analytical Cloud (SAC), Tableau, snowflake, etc.) and AI platforms
• Proficient in presenting insights analysis and solutions to management and diverse stakeholders, effectively communicating technical details to drive informed decision-making
• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, including extracting data tables via SAP and Snowflake for automation and analysis
• Business fluency in English
