A Snapshot of Your Day

Join Siemens Energy as a Business Improvement & Transformation Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the S4E Unify program, a critical global business and IT transformation initiative. Imagine leading the transformation and migration activities for the Steam Turbines & Generators (STG) business in North America, ensuring a successful transition to the new SAP S/4HANA platform. In this strategic position, you will focus on three core areas: executing regional projects with strong governance, harmonizing business processes with an emphasis on finance and analytics, and managing change with key stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in overseeing technical migration, optimizing financial and operational processes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making throughout the transformation. If you are a seasoned transformation leader with deep expertise in managing complex, large-scale ERP programs, particularly in an SAP-centric environment, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the analysis and redesign of core business processes, focusing on finance and operations to align with the SAP S/4HANA global template.
  • Collaborate with global process owners and regional subject matter experts to harmonize local processes with standardized S4E business templates.
  • Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to guide process improvement initiatives, reduce complexity, and increase efficiency.
  • Manage the S4E Unify program rollout for the STG North America region, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the central S4E program team, regional business stakeholders, and IT partners, developing change management strategies to support user adoption.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Significant professional experience (typically 8+ years) in business process improvement, transformation, or managing large-scale ERP/SAP implementation projects.
  • Proven experience as a subject matter expert managing complex projects with limited oversight in a global matrix environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, along with Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • Strong project management discipline combined with analytical capabilities and the ability to influence and guide stakeholders across a global enterprise.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
