Position Title: Business Administration

A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will support the Finance organization in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and cost controlling activities. You will work closely with finance, accounting, and operational teams to ensure accurate financial data, timely reporting, and compliance with internal policies and financial guidelines.

This position is ideal for a junior finance professional looking to build strong foundations in financial controlling, reporting, and business support within a structured corporate environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact  

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the analysis of cost centers and profit centers.
• Contribute to budget and forecast preparation processes.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate financial data from various departments.
• Support monitoring of budget adherence and help analyze and explain variances.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to support monthly and quarterly closing activities.
• Provide support on inventory tracking and asset controlling activities.
• Assist with cost allocation processes and internal charges.
• Support branch and project-related purchasing activities.
• Support internal and external audits as well as internal control activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial guidelines, and internal procedures.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or controlling (including internships).
• Basic understanding of financial principles and corporate finance processes.

Core Skills

• Financial fundamentals: P&L, balance sheet, cost accounting.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to structure and prepare management and financial reports.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Strong motivation to learn and develop within a finance environment.
