Each day, you connect with clients to deliver innovative Control and Digitalization solutions, from hands-on technical tasks to strategic sales. You prioritize your work, solve technical challenges on-site and remotely, and keep safety and integrity at the core of every action. Your expertise helps modernize power grids and ensures reliable, low-emission energy for communities across Bulgaria and beyond.
How You’ll Make an Impacta
- Drive sales volume and margin across the Control and Digitalization portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering tailored solutions and excellent service.
- Lead technical tasks such as installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of customer equipment and systems.
- Support customers both remotely and on-site, providing advanced troubleshooting and second- and third-level support.
- Improve internal tools, equipment, processes, and data warehouses to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering (preferably electrical or industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of technical experience in the energy sector; hands-on project execution experience is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of digital solutions for electrical substations and grid automation (SCADA/ADMS, DERMS, EMS) is highly valued.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Advanced English proficiency. You are willing to travel occasionally (nationally and internationally) and hold a valid category B driving license.
About the Team
Our Gas Services team offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
