A Snapshot of Your Day 

 

As a Cost Analyst, your day will revolve around ensuring the accuracy and usability of a critical cost database that supports complex sales tools. You’ll be the central point to collect input from various systems and teams, performing quality checks to ensure reliability and addressing any discrepancies. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll engage with end users from Sales, Project Management, and Supply Chain teams to gather feedback and translate enhancement or correction requests into actionable updates. Leveraging your understanding of turbo compressor equipment parts, you’ll confidently manage complex data scenarios while identifying opportunities to improve processes and tools. By the end of the day, your work will help maintain reliable cost data that is the backbone of multiple cost modeling tools for our compression advanced services business, being a critical enabler for strategic decision-making and successful Sales growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Maintain and update the cost database for complex sales tools by collecting and integrating data from various systems, databases, and team feedback. 
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain overall integrity. 
  • Collaborate with end users (Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain) to understand feedback, enhancement requests, and business requirements, translating them into actionable updates or improvements. 
  • Monitor and proactively resolve issues related to cost data while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency. 
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business improvement initiatives and ensure alignment in data usage. 
  • Leverage your knowledge of turbo compressor equipment parts to confidently manage and maintain complex cost data. 
 

What You Bring 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience in data management, cost analysis, cost estimation tools, or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with turbo compressor equipment parts is highly preferred. 
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced functions. 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. 
  • Competence in troubleshooting and maintaining cost databases or similar tools. 
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
