A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Administrative Assistant supporting Gas Turbine Operations, you’ll play a central role in keeping daily manufacturing and service activities running smoothly. Your day will involve coordinating supply orders, organizing meetings and events, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, and facilitating shipping and facility service requests. You’ll interact with internal teams, customers, and service providers to ensure efficient business processes and a well‑organized operational environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage ARIBA ordering for office and operational supplies.
  • Organize meetings, trainings, and events by coordinating room bookings, catering, logistics, and required materials.
  • Plan and support customer visits, including agendas, room setup, catering, and facility tours.
  • Submit and track EMCOR/BUDD facility service requests to address operational needs.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including identity management, equipment setup, and system access.
  • Provide shipping support using FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers.

 

What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Familiarity with ARIBA, SAP, or similar purchasing/procurement platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with effective communication and interpersonal abilities. (managing travel arrangements and visits)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
