A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking Account Managers in Braintree, MA, Charlotte, NC, or Virginia Beach, VA. You would focus on several developers, utilities and EPC firms. You’ll own the relationship between the client and our transmission and distribution (T&D) businesses. On an average day, you’ll meet with various customer personas, drive internal action to win orders and execute projects, and act as the conduit for solving customer problems by leveraging the T&D capabilities of Siemens Energy. You’ll serve as the subject matter expert on the customer, driving the account strategy, forecasting and helping our businesses best serve the market.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Build and nurture relationships across all client levels, connecting internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration.
  • Serve as the face of Siemens Energy for T&D utilities—positioning us as a technical expert, influencing decisions, and deeply understanding customer strategies and buying behaviors.
  • Lead business development efforts across the Transmission and Distribution Equipment and Services portfolio.
  • Align cross-functional teams around customer-centric goals, ensuring mutual success for Siemens Energy and its clients.
  • Champion the customer perspective internally, shaping winning strategies and resolving implementation challenges.
  • Communicate key developments, successes, and challenges to leadership, helping shape portfolio offerings to meet evolving market needs.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or relevant field.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership experience and a track record of effective information sharing.
  • Familiarity with financial targets and Salesforce.com; industry experience a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable in dynamic, fast-changing environments.

Travel, as needed (~30-40%).

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
