How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans for key utility clients, protecting existing business and driving growth.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor status with stakeholders across all levels of the client’s organization.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Lead the development and delivery of sales presentations, technical proposals, and commercial bids for complex solutions.
  • Maintain accurate account activities in Salesforce, provide precise sales forecasts, and coach support staff for efficient sales process execution.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of senior field sales or key account management experience, with a proven track record managing large, complex accounts.
  • You bring demonstrated expertise in the energy, power transmission, or utility sector.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English is required for this position.
  • Proficient user in Salesforce
  • You are skilled in strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship building in particular with complex accounts.
  • Travel within Italy are required for client meetings and to meet the engineering and execution team based in Milan.
