Imagine leading the charge to revolutionize project management with cutting-edge AI solutions as our AI Project Management Transformation Lead. You’ll shape and execute the AI roadmap for Project Management, working closely with Project Management Heads and global stakeholders to deliver technologies that enhance project delivery, resource allocation, and business results. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute an AI strategy for Project Management that aligns with organizational and digital transformation goals.
  • Lead the deployment of AI-powered solutions for project analytics, forecasting, resource management, and workflow automation.
  • Champion the integration of AI assistants, predictive models, and intelligent agents within SAP, Salesforce, and Planview (OnePM).
  • Collaborate with Project Management Heads and business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and drive adoption.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, working closely with data teams and AI developers.
  • Promote AI literacy and upskilling through workshops and training for the project management community.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep project management practices innovative and competitive.
  • Prioritize the AI roadmap to deliver impactful value to Project Management execution teams.
  • Report on AI initiatives, progress, and business impact to senior leadership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or AI implementation across multiple locations.
  • Proven track record leading technology-driven transformation programs and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in SAP, Salesforce, and Planview (OnePM), with a strong understanding of project management processes.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and AI developers.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and regulatory compliance.

Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
