    A Snapshot of Your Day 

    We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented working student to support our team in an important document management and migration project related to global mobility, immigration, and social security. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment and build knowledge in the field of Global Mobility.

    You will receive full training and ongoing guidance, so no prior experience in this area is required—just a curious mindset and a willingness to learn.

    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Review, validate, and organize documents based on relevance, accuracy, and expiry details
    • Rename and file documents using structured naming conventions and filing rules
    • Classify and store files in SharePoint according to type, validity, and business needs
    • Maintain an Excel tracker to monitor document processing status and completeness
    • Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive personal documents (e.g., visas, passports)
    • Collaborate with international team members and use tools like Microsoft 365 and AI solutions for efficient document management
    What You Bring
    • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field
    • Fluent in English
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Familiarity with Excel and digital document handling, as well as with PowerPoint
    • A responsible and trustworthy attitude when working with personal data
    • Experience in using and building AI tools or bots – would be a plus; Interest in document management, global HR, or compliance topics
