A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student in the Execution Performance team, you will support improvement initiatives for both New Units and Service within Onshore Germany. Your day-to-day activities will involve data handling, analysis, and reporting, particularly related to the MyAvailability tool in the Service business. You will contribute to the development of dashboards and reports that provide insights into operational performance, while also helping to identify and resolve data inconsistencies. Expect to engage in coordination and communication activities with internal stakeholders across departments and assist in preparing presentations and materials that support decision-making and transparency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the Execution Performance team with managing and implementing improvement initiatives for New Units and Service
• Assist with data handling, analysis, and reporting related to the MyAvailability tool
• Contribute to the development of dashboards, documentation, and reports for operational performance insights
• Help identify and resolve data inconsistencies and support process improvements
• Participate in coordination and communication activities with internal stakeholders
• Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and other materials for decision-making

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a similar field
• Solid MS Excel skills and experience with data cleaning, structuring, and interpreting; knowledge of tools like Power BI or SharePoint is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and interest in performance monitoring and improvement
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently, while also being a collaborative team player
• Very good knowledge of German (minimum B2) is required due to (customer) reports will be needed to be prepared in German language (customer) 
• Good command of English to work in an international company environment

By supporting project execution and service performance with targeted data insights and process enhancements, we contribute to greater efficiency and transparency in delivering wind power projects.
