A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine drafting insightful presentations and reports for talent reviews, extracting and interpreting data to aid HR decision-making, and preparing for workshops and leadership meetings. You will also draft job postings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to attract top talent. Collaborate with international colleagues and assist in day-to-day HR operations, all while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support HR initiatives and projects, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Draft presentations and reports for succession and talent reviews, providing valuable insights.
  • Extract and analyze data to support HR decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and attend workshops, talent circles, and occasionally leadership meetings.
  • Draft job postings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues from both HR and our business units.
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Diligent with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently on projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in a part-time or internship role is a plus, but not required.
